Laura Colagrande
When the going gets tough, it’s easy to compare ourselves to others. But in order to move forward, we need to focus on our own lane.
Laura Colagrande is intimately familiar with the challenges that come with pursuing your dreams. After immigrating to the U.S with nothing but a suitcase, Laura had to work three jobs to pay off her school fees, and overcome many obstacles alone.
But through it all, Laura never let her circumstances (or others) stop her from achieving her goals. By setting her sights firmly on her unique path, Laura was able to overcome comparison and work her way to the top.
Now, Laura is the co-founder of Chippin, the world’s most sustainable pet food. By focusing on her own personal growth, alongside her co-founder Haley, Laura successfully built Chippin into the phenomenal company it is today.
In this episode, Laura reveals how she navigated the tough times and how we can appreciate our own unique journey.
