Well, for our next guest Linda Monique, it’s a dream she made happen thanks to her determination and boundless curiosity. After hearty hustling and closely observing the food industry, she stumbled onto a way she could make almond milk like ‘no udder.’ The result:  even better, tastier, and creamier almond milk for our lattes. For our next guest, Linda Monique, it was this study-exchange experience in Italy that led her to pursue a career of food design. This passion for the culinary took her across the world; from Italy to Australia to London, where she worked for Michelin star chefs and gleaned an even deeper into the miraculous world of speciality food and drink.

But through her observations of the food world, she became frustrated at the lack of Australian grown almonds in almond milk. So, she created something better. Enter: Almo Milk, Australia’s most premium 100% Owned, Made, and Grown long-life almond milk. 

In this episode, Linda reveals the highs and lows of the food industry, the challenges of creating almond milk that uses Australian grown almonds, and how her curiosity is a driving force in her life.
