Roxana is an international serial entrepreneur and a 2017 Forbes 30 under 30 listee.

Roxana Dantes

Hailing from a long line of doctors, Roxana Dantes knew all too well that some careers came with set, rigid pathways. While helping her parents care for their patients filled her with empathy and high ethical standards, Roxana knew she wanted to make a different type of impact.

This driving force would eventually take her out of Romania and across the world to the US and the UK. The challenges she faced, the people she met, and the lessons she learnt, combined to help her launch not one, now two, but three different companies.

In this episode, Roxana shares the stories, lessons, and triumphs behind each company she started. From wrangling with imposter syndrome, choosing the right co-founder, and breaking free from old patterns; Roxana tackles it all.
