Ep 224 - The Co-Founder of Pinkcollar Employment Agency On Chasing Our Value

While many of us struggled throughout the COVID pandemic, some industries were almost completely decimated.

In this episode of Peers2Peers, powered by Shopify, Sophia shares how they managed a migrant agency through border closures and lockdowns, why we should listen to the voice inside us as it grows louder, and how to choose hope during the dark days.

Now, Sophia is the Co-Founder and COO of Pinkcollar Employment Agency, a Malaysian professional migrant recruitment agency that helps people whose labour is not only unseen, but often demonised.

In this episode of Peers2Peers, powered by Shopify, Sophia shares how she left her corporate role to pursue her passion and work to reduce inequality, eradicate modern slavery and uplift women, why we should chase our values, and how to ignore the scoffing naysayers.
