In a world that’s prided on communication, grief seems to be the topic we continue to leave on mute. Why?

Adelle Archer is speaking up. She is the co-founder of Eterneva, a consumer technology company that celebrates lives by making diamonds from ashes. With a desire to change our culture’s fear around death, grief and remembrance, Adelle’s jewelry is helping to keep loved ones close together.

In today’s episode, Adelle recounts how a conversation about grief inspired an idea that celebrates life,  tactics to convince the unconvinced and the value of stepping outside of your comfort zone.
