Ep 120 – The Value of Coaxing Confidence

Ep 120 - The Value of Coaxing Confidence
As the founder and CEO of Planable, a content review and marketing collaboration platform, Xenia works with the likes of Christian Louboutin, the United Nations and Hyundai to take the admin out of content planning and bring teams greater transparency, enjoyment and creative freedom, but the role of ‘boss’ has proven to be less ego-boosting and more soul searching than she anticipated.
In this episode, Xenia breaks down the misconceptions of being a boss, the role fear plays in her day-to-day life and how confidence isn’t something we ‘have’ but something we must constantly call for.
Xenia Muntean
Most of us would assume running a seven-figure business would attract a certain kind of confidence but Xenia Muntean still finds the need to coax hers out of the closet.
As a kid, she designed jewellery with her Mum in the small eastern-european country of Moldova. At twenty, she founded her own creative agency but that’s all moved to the side since Planable, a content review and marketing collaboration platform with clients such as the United Nations, Christian Louboutin and Virgin.
Planable may sound like just another admin software, but Xenia identified a real pain point for most creatives; creating a tool that takes away the time they spend doing admin and giving them more space to be creative.
It’s an idea that’s led her to make the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and earn Planable a yearly seven-figure revenue. But confidence doesn’t come with the job, nor does it come naturally to Xenia.
In this episode, Xenia breaks down the misconceptions of being a boss, the role fear plays in her day-to-day life and how confidence isn’t something we ‘have’ but something we must constantly call for.
