We all had to start somewhere, peers. Even high powered CEOs started off waiting on tables and working at the McDonalds Drive Thru.

But as our next guest reveals, in order to grow we need to take every experience in our stride.

Tim O’Sullivan wasn’t blessed with knowing his passion straight away. In fact, it took twenty odd jobs and a whole lot of grit before he recognised his zeal for hospitality. But through it all, he never took any experience for granted. Instead, his willingness to learn from every opportunity is what ultimately led to his success in business.

Now, Tim is the co-founder of Bae Juice, the first Australian company to import 100% Korean pear juice. He and his family also co-own the Benny and Me cafe in Essendon, Melbourne.

In this episode, Tim shares how he co-founded Bae Juice and the lessons he learnt on the way to discovering his passion.
